A smile may not change the world, but yours changes ours; that's why we offer FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $149 and all orders over $299 worldwide.
Orders $149 Aus. $299 Intl. or less incur a standard flat rate postage charge, which will be displayed at checkout.
An express option will also be available at checkout if you require your merrymaking order quickly!
Shipping Times
All orders will dispatch from our warehouse in Sydney, and we strive to ship your order promptly.
Generally, orders leave within 1-2 business days; however, if your order consists of items that require manufacture, please allow up to 4-5 business days for processing.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside our control due to holiday periods, network backlogs, or the remote nature of your delivery location.
Please advise upon placing your order for time-sensitive orders, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
LOST PARCELS
Once your order has been placed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
GUS + MABEL cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit; missing parcel inquiries must be directed to the selected courier.
If you entered the incorrect shipping address, your parcel will be delivered back to us, after which we can re-ship it to the correct address.
Please note that the cost for a reshipment is at the customer's expense

Refer to the product page for pre-sale information on out-of-stock items, including estimated arrival date. Pre-ordering ensures you will get the next shipment, particularly for new releases that tend to create a buzz and sell out quickly!
All pre-orders with GUS + MABEL are paid in full, and our team arranges delivery once our stock shipment has been received.
