RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We want you to be over the moon with your purchase.

For any reason, something may be amiss; you're welcome to return or exchange your items.

Here you'll find our returns + exchanges etiquette; of course, if any questions arise, please get in touch.

PAYMENT

GUS + MABEL accepts American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.

EXCHANGE

We will offer an exchange on any full-priced or promotional sale product.

All exchange products must be in brand new, unused condition, including all original tags and packaging, and returned within 2 days of receipt of your delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if we believe the product has been used, damaged, or is missing part of its original packaging.

If deemed used or damaged, products will be returned to you at your expense, so please be thorough.

Valid proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Please return all exchange products via a secure and tracked method of shipping.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that we do not accept any returns on final sale products.

REFUNDS

Please get in touch with us at orders@gusandmabel.co to request a return and be advised on the next steps.

Instructions must be given to you by our friendly team before returning the goods to us.

We will refund any full-priced product returned within the 28-day return period.

For promotional sale items, we will offer an exchange upon the return of the product. Final sale products cannot be exchanged or refunded, so please choose carefully.

All refund products must be in brand new, unused condition, including all original tags and packaging, and returned within 28 days of receipt of your delivery.

Valid proof of purchase is required.

All payments are refunded by the same payment method used upon checkout.

Faulty Products

We are committed to providing our customers with quality pieces; however, if you have received a product that you believe to be faulty, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the item at orders@gusandmabel.co.

We may require details/images of the alleged fault to assess your return. If your product is deemed faulty, we will cover return shipping and exchange or refund your initial purchase price, including shipping.

Faulty products must be returned with all original accessories, tags, and packaging.

You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to your account.

Items are not considered faulty where attention has not been paid to measurements or size advice and will not be able to be returned on a defective basis simply if they do not fit your space or desired location/use.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations on any orders, including pre-orders.

Please get in touch with orders@gusandmabel.co if you have made an error, and where possible, we will halt your order; however, as we try to be super speedy with dispatch, this is not always guaranteed.

We, unfortunately, can not accept any liability for incorrect addresses; however, we will always try to amend where we can.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address and an error made during purchase, you will need to pay shipping rates for the second time before your order is reshipped.

We don't want you to be disappointed, so please check ALL your details carefully.
