Enjoy FREE SHIPPING within Australia for orders over $149. For orders under $149, get flat-rate shipping at $9.95 for standard delivery, with the option for express shipping at checkout. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

We accept all major credit cards; Visa and Mastercard. We also offer PayPal Express Checkout, Shop Pay, and Afterpay.

Afterpay allows you to play now and pay later, as we like to put it. Afterpay splits your payments over four equal installments due every fortnight. Simply nominate the card you want to use upon checkout, and automatic payments are scheduled for you.

The true definition of a buzz kill is waiting too long for anticipated deliveries; this is why we try our VERY best to get your orders out and in your hot little hands as quickly as possible!

Generally, orders leave within 1-2 business days. However, if your order consists of items that require manufacture, please allow up to 4-5 business days for processing; we appreciate your patience.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once you complete a purchase. However, please reach out to our team & if plausible; we are more than happy to assist you with this!

During our Promotional Periods, we receive a higher volume of customers shopping on the website simultaneously. When items sell out during your checkout experience, it simply means another customer purchased the final product before completing your transaction.

Once all your items are added to the cart, proceed to checkout. You will find the option to add your promo code to your order. You may add one promo code per order. Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once dispatched, an email with a unique tracking number will follow, and you can track your parcel's journey.

Your login (username) is always an email address. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by going to “My Account” at the top of the home page. Select the login page, then click “Forgot your password? Click here”. Clicking this link will launch the reset process. We will then send an email to your inbox. Please follow the prompts in this email to reset your password.

If you have a delivery problem with your order, email orders@gusandmabel.co within 24hrs to inform us of it. One of our merrymaking team members will help to resolve the issue swiftly.
